Yes, I was one of many Chicagoland birders visiting on Wednesday to see the Varied Thrush in this blogger’s yard. I played hooky from work to see this bird and an Evening Grosbeak at Rosehill Cemetery (also somewhat of a rarity). I will post my not-so-great pictures later!
